- There will be an Emergency General Meeting to be held on the 18th January, 2001 to be held at TSTT Sports Club, SMR Valsayn South.
- Resolutions shall be entertained provided that they arrive in time as per the Constitution of the club.
- Some resolutions are as follows
No members entry for an event will be entertained on the event day.
Attendance at briefings and prize giving functions are compulsory and will be rewarded by championship points allotments.
